ijs (0.35-15) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Rename patches, and document patch micro policy in source.
  * Tidy patch DEP-3 headers.
  * Cherry-pick upstream patches:
    + Minimise warnings in unix ijs code calling execvp.
    + ijs_server: Don't ignore the 'sign' var when parsing ints.
    + Kill off ijs-config.
    + Squash compiler warning in ijs code.
    Unfuzz/adapt remaining patches.
  * Update copyright info and watch file,
    to reflect that upstream source is embedded in Ghostscript.
  * Stop build-depend on dh-buildinfo.
  * Stop install no longer provided ijs-config.
