  * Bump Standards version 4.4.0; no remaining changes.
  * Update Vcs entries.
  * Add upstream/metadata.
  * Add hardening +bindnow.
  * Add lintian override for README outside /usr/share/doc as
    it describes the contents of the folder.
  * Release to unstable.
