Merged into the ltsp source package, tested and uploaded.

The current code could do a bit more progress tracking and error
handling but it's not a regression from the old implementation in that
regard. I'll try to squeeze a new version by tomorrow that deals with
crashes and tries to give some feedback to the user.

Bug description:
  The new Network Manager seems to detect manual changes to network
  cards and reset them (at least in alpha-1).

  This is breaking LTSP live.
