[Bug 898463] [NEW] GParted is in USC "Themes & Tweaks" section rather than "System"

Public bug reported:

As shown in this screenshot, GParted was packaged to be shown in the
"Themes & Tweaks" category of the package manager, but considering it is
neither a theme nor a tweak, perhaps a better place for it would be in
the "System" category.

I am running USC 5.0.2ubuntu0.1 in Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric 64 bit.
