[Bug 873868] [NEW] sqlite3 does not run after upgrading Ubtuntu to Oneiric

The sqlite3 command-line program worked perfectly under Hardy, Intrepid, Jaunty, Karmic, Lucid, Maverick and  Natty.

Immediately after the upgrade to Oneiric, sqlite3 is broken:

me at box:~$ sqlite3 --version
SQLite header and source version mismatch
2010-01-05 15:30:36 28d0d7710761114a44a1a3a425a6883c661f06e7
2011-06-23 19:49:22 4374b7e83ea0a3fbc3691f9c0c936272862f32f2

The following packages are all installed and up-to-date:
