[Bug 870696] Re: Oneiric pre-release ubiquity does not load all the translations

Below are the details to get a partially showed translation or a fully
showed translation for ubiquity.

Steps to reproduce a partly showed translation:
1. When Live CD promts "Keyboard = Human", press any key to select language
2. Choose "中文(繁體)"
3. Choose the second option, "安裝 Ubuntu" (Install Ubuntu), and press Enter
4. You see the welcome page, click "繼續" (Continue)
5. You see "has at least 4.4 GB available drive space" is not showed in tranlated form

Steps to reproduce a fully showed translation:
6. Click "返回" (Back) in the preparation page as in 5 to go back to the welcome page
7. Click "繼續" (Continue), and you see "has at least 4.4 GB available drive space" has been showed as "有至少 4.4 GB 的可用空間"

Other ways to reproduce a fully showed translation:
1. When Live CD promts "Keyboard = Human", press any key to select language
2. Use "English" as default
3. Choose "Install Ubuntu", and press Enter
4. You see the welcome page in English, select "中文 (繁體)" then click "繼續" (Continue)
5. You see "有至少 4.4 GB 的可用空間" instead of "has at least 4.4 GB available drive space"

or

1. When Live CD promts "Keyboard = Human", skip it
2. Choose "中文 (繁體)", then click "安裝 Ubuntu" (Install Ubuntu)
3. You see "有至少 4.4 GB 的可用空間" instead of "has at least 4.4 GB available drive space"

Title:
  Oneiric pre-release ubiquity does not load all the translations

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Some strings are has translated before the non-langpack deadline 9/29,
  but still not loaded at pre-release installation.

  For example, in the Chinese (Traditional) language installation, "has
  at least {SIZE} available drive space", the whole content in In
  "Installation type" section, and "Erase disk and install Ubuntu" are
  not showed in translated ones.

  Other strings which translated after in front strings but before the
  deadline is showed in translated forms. For example, "安裝這個軟體 (Install
  this third-party software)" is translated after those strings.

  See attachments to know further about the situation.

  I think that the whole content in In "Installation type" section not
  showing in translated ones will put Chinese (Traditional) users in a
  maze. It should be critical enough to fix before 11.10 release.
