I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 dev with apt 0.8.16~exp5ubuntu13. If a package is
upgraded and it contains a : it is shown as %3a for example "Preparing
to replace libgmp10 2:5.0.1+dfsg-7ubuntu2 (using .../libgmp10_2%3a5.0.2
+dfsg-1ubuntu1_amd64.deb) ...".
