[Bug 875278] [NEW] Installation crashes on "Setting up keyboard-configuration"

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

When installing Ocelot on a Eeepc 1005HA, install always crashes on
"Setting up keyboard-configuration". This will cause the Eeepc to either
hang or reboot.

Issue occurs on both regular and alternative desktop installations and
when executing 'dpkg --configure -a' during a rescue boot.
