Title:
update-manager shows apt-listchanges in 'Applying changes' terminal

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  Running Maverick with update-manager 1:0.142.20 and apt-listchanges
  2.84.

  My apt-listchanges configuration contains 'frontend=browser'.

In Lucid, using update-manager to process updates would pop up a GTK window with the change listing.
In Maverick, this no longer happens, and instead lynx gets spawned in the 'Applying changes' terminal window, and I have to answer the 'continue? y/n' prompt using the terminal rather than a GTK dialog.

I'm not sure what's changed but if the old behaviour was the intended
one then it is significantly more desirable.
