Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apt-listchanges

  Currently, apt-listchanges has python-glade2 and python-gtk2 as
  Recommends:, which means an attempt to install it on a server pulls in
  the whole X stack.

  Please consider moving these two dependencies to Suggests: so that
  apt-listchanges is easier to install on server.
