Hello,

Well actual mirror in brazil is not working fine for us, maybe it is some
problem with local internet provider (ANTEL). But if I find another closer
and working mirror: Should it be changed? don't you think?

  Since years working with Ubuntu in Uruguay, most of the times after
  install ubuntu I have to change uy.archive.ubuntu.com to
  archive.ubuntu.com in my sources.list because uy archive doesn't works
  all the times and sometimes is slowly than archive.ubuntu.com.
