Title:
update-manager on battery ALWAYS asks "cancel or continue"

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

update-manager SHOULD ask about battery if you COMMIT to any
operation. It should not ask just because you switch to the
application. This is a non-destructive activity and the popup is
  needlessly annoying.
