Public bug reported:

Am unable to upgrade to the new version. Distribution upgrade existed with code 1.
The first 3 items seem to have installed then the installation stops
A message appears--2 packages to remove: linux-generic ver 3.0.0.19.23 and linus-image-generic same ver.
Then: waiting for service to start. and another apperas saying are you sure you want to proceed with the installation. This just ends up repeating over and over again until I press no.
