** Description changed:
software-properties-gtk 0.92.6, gnome-control-center 1:3.4.2-0ubuntu15,
Ubuntu Q
1. Open System Settings.
2. Choose "Software Sources".
What happens:
1. There's a "Software Sources" item.
2. A separate "Software Sources" window opens.
What should happen:
1. There's a "Software & Updates" item.
2. The panel opens inside the System Settings window.
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareAndUpdatesSettings>
To fix this, software-properties-gtk should be ported to a System
Settings panel, like deja-dup and activity-log-manager.
+
+ Implementing this would be one way of fixing bug 523755.
