[Bug 361673] [NEW] Apt-listchange window should be modal

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

When you have apt-listchange installed and configured, synaptic will
display its output in a new popup window that should be closed in order
for the upgrade to continue.

This listchange window should be modal.

I can't count the number of times where, for whatever reason, the
listchange window switched behind synaptic and I was wondering why the
upgrade was taking so long. (and after a few minutes, I generally end by
killing synaptic, never thinking about a hidden listchange window)
