You have been subscribed to a public bug:

1. Launch Ubuntu lice-CD via CD or USB
2. Select "Install" in menu - gnome screen is shown, mouse works
3. Wait 20-30 seconds
Actual result:
a. mouse moves with huge lags
b. then it lags disappears, but you can't click any entry
c. keyboard seems doesn't work too (when I click Num Lock or Caps Lock - indicators don't highlight on keyboard)

NOTE1: if I click any entry on screen before installation window appears
- it won't appear (please find attached video)

NOTE2: tried plugging to USB 2.0 and USB 3.0

NOTE3: tried load optimized defaults in BIOS

Expected result: keyboard and mouse work correctly, I'm able to install
Ubuntu

My PC specs:
Core i7 2600k, ASUS p8p67 Deluxe, 2x4Gb of Ram (@1866Mhz), Nvidia GTX590, KB: logitech media keyboard elite, Mouse: logitech G9
