Title:
  Unable to install Ubuntu 12.04 (neither 32 nor 64 bit)

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  1. Launch Ubuntu lice-CD via CD or USB
  2. Select "Install" in menu - gnome screen is shown, mouse works
  3. Wait 20-30 seconds
  Actual result:
  a. mouse moves with huge lags
  b. then it lags disappears, but you can't click any entry
  c. keyboard seems doesn't work too (when I click Num Lock or Caps Lock - indicators don't highlight on keyboard)

  NOTE1: if I click any entry on screen before installation window
  appears - it won't appear (please find attached video)

  NOTE2: tried plugging to USB 2.0 and USB 3.0

  NOTE3: tried load optimized defaults in BIOS

  Expected result: keyboard and mouse work correctly, I'm able to
  install Ubuntu

  My PC specs:
  Core i7 2600k, ASUS p8p67 Deluxe, 2x4Gb of Ram (@1866Mhz), Nvidia GTX590, KB: logitech media keyboard elite, Mouse: logitech G9
