  Non-default browser launched when clicking "Report Bug" button in
  error popup

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Upgrading from Kubuntu 12.04 to 12.10, I got an error popup. Clicking
  the Report Bug button, Firefox was launched. However, in Kubuntu's
  System Settings, my default browser is Rekonq.
