Bug description:
  Binary package hint: binutils

  During upgrade from 10.04 to 10.10, upgrade of binutils failed on
  amd64.

  Seems to be a conflict between "binutils-multiarch" and "hardening-
  wrapper".

  Removing "hardening-wrapper" seems to fix the problem:
   sudo apt-get remove binutils-multiarch hardening-wrapper 
  and then:
   sudo apt-get install binutils-multiarch
  works.

  Preparing to replace binutils-multiarch 2.20.1-3ubuntu7 (using .../binutils-multiarch_2.20.51.20100908-0ubuntu2_amd64.deb) ...
