The issue of ubiquity hanging does not occur with the latest desktop
images (20130402.1 amd64 and i386).

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  1) Install in OEM mode
  2) Boot system, click "Prep for shipment", shutdown
  3) At first customer boot, oem-config will hang trying to remove Ubiquity (see attached screenshot)
