Yeah, it doesn't occur for us either as of updates yesterday. We have a
snapshot on which it does occur, so we're going through the package
updates so we can track down what fixed it.

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  1) Install in OEM mode
  2) Boot system, click "Prep for shipment", shutdown
  3) At first customer boot, oem-config will hang trying to remove Ubiquity (see attached screenshot)
