Public bug reported:

i shut down my computer regurlarly and when i went to turn it back on it
froze on a blank purple screen without fully loading ubuntu. so i shut
it down manually and then turned it on again but system never booted
again. so i put in my pen drive to reinstall ubuntu completely
(formatting the hard drive) but that didn't work either, got a ubiquity
bug or something...not very good at understanding this nor wording it...
