When booting with booting 3.5.0-24-generic #38-Ubuntu SMP Mon Feb 18 23:28:26 and having a usb hdd connected i also see this bug, with -25 i see the bug regardless of the USB hdd being connected during the boot process
if the usb hdd is not connected during the boot process the system boots fine with booting 3.5.0-24-generic #38-Ubuntu SMP Mon Feb 18 23:28:26  and the USB hdd functions normally when connected after the system has booted.
