  'dc' program docs are out of date

Status in “bc” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The dc program says this at the bottom of the man page:

  FILES
         ~/.dcrc        The commands in this file will be executed  when  dc  is
         first run.

  However, if you try to write and use a .dcrc, it doesn't appear to
  work and grepping the source seems to indicate there's no longer
  support for a .dcrc file.

  This should probably be removed from the docs.
