[Bug 1120938] Re: Ubiquity hangs after the initial summary screen

This is still affecting the most recent daily ISO and I can confirm it
affects Kubuntu as well. As soon as the partitioner stages start up it
just spins and spins. I've also tried with/without the "Install updates"
checked to the same result.

I'd be happy to walk through any steps that may be helpful and/or post
other logs if the partitioner happens to spit out any extra logs
elsewhere.

Title:
Ubiquity hangs after the initial summary screen

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  1. Start a daily ISO amd64 live session.

  2. Start `ubiquity --debug`.

  3. Press "continue" after being prompted to read release notes.

  4. Press "continue" on the panel that describes the disk usage space,
  asks about codecs/updates.

  5. Sit and stare as nothing happens.

I am wondering if it's related to the partitioner barfing over my
BTRFS RAID but I have no way of testing this. I can't get at the
computer to disconnect the SATA cables and my EFI won't let me disable
  the drives.
