[Bug 1160885] [NEW] Update Manager says 3 of 4 times : check your internetconnection

Public bug reported:

see screenshot, every time after an update, and i check again after
reboot, i got this message 3 times, before it actually works. but
sometimes it doesnt come up, and it works fine.

btw to test my internet connection i played an movie from a stream, and
run an update,  and when the message came up, my movie played nice
further. so my connection is pretty good.
