Thanks for your help to make Ubuntu better by reporting this issue!

Hmm... This is one of those things that 'cannot happen'. language-
selector depends on accountsservice, which does include the file that
the crash report claims is missing. :(

As a test, can you please change the regional formats setting, apply
that setting system-wide, and let us know if it worked?
