Please disable saucy-proposed repositories
It is entirely unsupported to use/run saucy-proposed during saucy development cycle.
It's not intended for humans to run, only to stage transitions as the one you spotted.
Conflicting packages and transitions are staged in saucy.
Testdisk & partclone will be rebuild against the new ntfs-3g later today.
