[Bug 1306820] [NEW] /etc/update-motd.d/91-release-upgrade failure due to bad quoting

Public bug reported:

After todays upgrade trusty is no longer in development according to
"lsb_release -sd". Therefore the script /etc/update-motd.d/91-release-
upgrade fails due to bad quoting.  The attached patch fixes the problem.
