[Bug 1266230] [NEW] applet mountpoint is missing but used for initramfs

Since bug #933903 was fixed we need "mountpoint" in the initramfs.
Please add it to busybox and busybox-static

It is missing as of busybox-static 1.20.0-8.1ubuntu
