  grub-efi-amd64=2.02~beta2-5 produces invalid .efi files, rendering
  system unbootable

Status in “grub2” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The EFI firmware refuses to recognize the .efi files from this
  version, presenting an empty boot menu and refusing to continue.
  efibootmgr shows the "ubuntu" option existing but it's not available
  in the EFI interface.
