[Bug 1347865] Re: installer welcome screen shows no notes

Note, if I do not push any buttons when the keyboard/accessiblity icon
show up, a similar dialog with 'Try Ubuntu' 'Install Ubuntu' shows up
properly.

Maybe this is more of a nit, but the welcome dialog looks a little odd.

  When I get to the initial welcome screen in order to select my language I get a screen that looks like the attached screenshot.
  I expect release notes or something to be there.
