[Bug 1347871] [NEW] ubiquity installer shows authentication dialog in english even if another language (french) is selected

If I select a non-English language ('French' for example), if I try to
connect to a wireless network and fail, I noticed that the dialog is
still in English. I would expect that dialog to also be in the language
I have chosen to install in.
