It looks like your installation medium is corrupt.  Please run the check
disc option from the boot menu, and/or recreate it and try again.

Bug description:
  Booting directly from USB and installing to hard drive. Error received
  about one third to halfway through file transfer. Installing on a
  laptop with no DVD/CD drive.
