Setting importance to high because it affects not only uefi but all kind
of system. In VMs it sometimes reboots correctly but rarely.

** Summary changed:

- On a uefi system hitting enter to reboot the system after cd ejects fails
+ After installation hitting enter to reboot the system after cd ejects fails

** Changed in: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Low => High

Title:
After installation hitting enter to reboot the system after cd ejects
  fails

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I will test a few scenarios with this but for now the bug exists after
an install from the live session.

  Steps:
  1. Boot from dvd in uefi+sb
  2. Select Try Ubuntu from the uefi menu
  3. Click on Install Ubuntu
  4. Install Ubuntu.
  5. Click on Carry on testing at the end of the install
  6. Then click on Shut Down....
  7. DVD ejects hit enter once removed

  EXPECTED:
I expected the system to carry on with the shutdown

  ACTUAL:
System sat there asking me to hit enter

I couldn't even do ctrl+alt+F1 to get to a tty to continue the shut
  down from there.
