This bug was fixed in the package mountall - 2.54

---------------
mountall (2.54) unstable; urgency=medium

  * conf/mounted-proc.conf: /proc/slabinfo may not exist, in which case we
should avoid trying to chmod it and generating spurious errors in the
    log. LP: #1319724.

Title:
check for existence of /proc/slabinfo before chmod

Status in “mountall” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Some phone kernels do not expose /proc/slabinfo at all so chmodding it
