Using a Dell laptop

** Description changed:

- Trying to install Linux on Windows 8 (newest version, I think 8.2) but
- Grub2 fails to install.  Fatal error.  I already turned off fast boot
- and took other steps to allow me to boot into either OS.  This is my 3rd
- try.  Thanks.
