continue button stays enabled during install which then crashes, if you
click it once more it becomes disabled and oem-installer does not crash

Bug description:
After walking through the settings of the oem-config, the 'back' and
'continue' buttons stay visible next to the progress-bar during the
actual setup.
These should be removed.
