  Acpi does not recognize when I unplug the AC cable on my laptop > pm-
  powersave does not start

Bug description:
  On an Ultrabook Acer Aspire S7 with intel i5 Ivy Bridge some processes
  do not start when going from AC power to Battery as shown by the
  acpi_listen command, thus pm-powersave does not kick in the power
  saving scripts.
