  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

- I compared the binary packages built by 1.1.8-3ubuntu2 and 1.1.8-3.1 using diffoscope.  The only differences were ​webkit.​so became ​x86_64-​linux-​gnu.​so and the changelogs.
