Files downloaded to install Ubuntu are usually .iso files, which
requiring CD burning software to be used to write them out to a DVD (or
using image writing software such as usb-creator, to a USB key).

key to use for installing or trying Ubuntu without installing:

Since this report doesn't appear to be a bug in Ubuntu itself, I'm going
