Images for the DVD are usually around 1GB, so 4GB seems a little high.
Could you please tell us more about which version of Ubuntu you've
downloaded, and where? A full version name is important, since, for
example, the Edubuntu DVDs may be substancially bigger than others we
provide.

Bug description:
  After downloading burnt ubuntu 13.10 but could not install. Files are
  not shown in the DVD either though about 4GB has been used up.
