[Bug 1478249] [NEW] "Software Packages Volume Detected" window is not localized

Public bug reported:

When a drive containing packages - for example a bootable Ubuntu
pendrive - is inserted, a window appears that is not localized, even if
it's strings are extracted correctly into the po files.

This is because the main() function does not contain the necessary
bindtextdomain &co calls.
