Distribution: Kubuntu 15.04.
This bug affects me. I can only boot by Ubuntu...(Upstart).
This bug should have been critical. It must be fixed, before the final release.

Bug description:
  Everytime the system is booted up I get a "Starting version 219" which
  it seems is the version number for systemd.

  Ubuntu version: Kubuntu 15.04 Beta 1
