Thank you for the information. It is the RAM. I have check the RAM with
RAM check Option in the ubuntu live cd and after 20 seconds it exists
about 20 errors. I will be replace the RAM.

If i like install ubuntu, ubiquity will not write the changes
correctly on the HDD. The DVD is newly burn and correct. K3b have
verify the written data. The MD5 hash from the ISO Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
file is correct, too.
