Title:
No instructions on how to click "OK" in package configuration

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  I'm doing a "graphical" distribution upgrade with "update-manager -d"
from 10.04 to beta 10.10. During the "installing the upgrade" step of
libc-bin, it shows what it calls a "terminal window", and within it is
the text based installer (dpkg, I believe). This has a message and
then <Ok> at the end of it. But you can't click on the <Ok> with a
mouse, and hitting <enter> doesn't do anything either. <TAB> is
obviously the answer, but it is not user friendly at all to make users
to blindly hit keys trying to guess how to continue their upgrade. If
mouse and/or <enter> can not be made to work, then update-manager
should perhaps have a small note somewhere telling how to continue.
