Thanks've changed /etc/rc.local commenting line " #fstrim -v /" and 
start improving ... is the good solution ???

Status in systemd package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The boot is very slow more than 130 seconds because of:   1min 8.191s
  rc-local.service... ????

  Using upstart works perfectly and fast.
