yes, that sounds fine. If your system still doesn't start in a few
seconds (SSD) or < 1 minute (rotary disk), please file another bug and
we investigate. The output of "systemd-analyze" and "systemd-analyze
blame" would be useful for a start.

  The boot is very slow more than 130 seconds because of:   1min 8.191s
  rc-local.service... ????

  Using upstart works perfectly and fast.
