This will be fixed in some time. I am working on changing the packaging
to move all userspace parts into the ndiswrapper package (currently
split in -utils-1.9 and -common), after which I can add the removal on
purge to a maintainer script.
I did not add it yet, as the directory is basically co-owned by -common
and -utils-1.9, and I did not want to break anything.

Bug description:
I recently installed ndisgtk and removed it later again with --purge.
But this didn't remove this file /etc/modprobe.d/ndiswrapper.conf
which causes, that my wireless LAN driver doesn't load automatically.
Shouldn't "apt-get remove --purge" remove all config files?
