Restructuring works fine now, as requested above, and DASD handling works also as expected.
Successfully verfied with installer version 445 + udeb packages from 2016-04-07 s390-dasd 0.0.36ubuntu1, s390-zfcp 1.0.2ubuntu1, multipath-udeb 0.5.0+git1.656f8865-5ubuntu2, disk-detect 1.117ubuntu1

Thanks a lot :-) Closed.

Title:
  Installer is not handling zfcp (scsi) devices automatically

Status in debian-installer package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  == Comment: #0 - Christoph Arenz - 2016-03-15 12:14:35 ==
  Senario: no DASD devices, just two CHPIDs with FCP disks (two each, configured with NPIV) provided via parmfile.

  The installer finds no storage devices and prompts for drivers?!
  Choosing 'go back', I can select a sub-menu to detect and enable FCP devices.

  Now... why did the installer not prompt me to enable FCP devices in
  the first place?

  Attaching screenshots with the installer menus.

  This is for installer 432
